
Era Corporation Announces New ATM Business Unit and Leadership
Due to the unprecedented demand for Era’s Air Traffic Control solutions, Era has created a new ATM business unit.
Reston, VA - October 24, 2007 - Era Corporation has created a new Air Traffic Management business unit, which will be led by Russell Hulstrom, previously Era´s Vice President of Worldwide Sales. Effective immediately, Mr. Hulstrom steps into the role of Vice President and General Manager for the Air Traffic Management Solutions business unit with complete profit and loss responsibility for the business. Additionally, Era has named Bernard Asare as its Sales Director for ATM Solutions in the Americas. Mr. Asare brings to Era a track record of success in the ATM industry, with previously held positions in business development and strategic planning with Booz Allen Hamilton, The Boeing Company and Lockheed Martin.
Era was recently named the sixth fastest growing company by Washington Business Journal and now serves customers in over 30 countries around the world. In the past year, Era has won the vast majority of competitive procurements worldwide for multilateration and ADS-B surveillance solutions including Beijing, Kuala Lumpur, Singapore, Oslo and Dublin.

Era launches its new ATM business unit next week at ATCA´s 52nd Annual Conference and Exposition at the Marriott Wardman Park in Washington, DC, where Era serves as one of the premier sponsors. Mr. Hulstrom will lead a session on "Global Developments in Wide Area Multilateration and ADS-B", which will take place on Tuesday, October 30th in the Washington 1 conference room.
