
Former Roke Manor Executive, Tim Quilter, Joins Era
Tim Quilter has been appointed Director of Product Management for Era Corporation’s Air Traffic Management business unit.
Reston, VA – January 9, 2008 – Tim Quilter has been appointed Director of Product Management for Era’s Air Traffic Management business unit. Mr. Quilter brings extensive knowledge in the field of surveillance technology and over a decade of product management experience to Era.
Mr. Quilter joins Era from Roke Manor, where he served as head of Air Traffic Management (ATM) strategy and as product line manager for multilateration systems. He has also worked closely with EUROCONTROL, Europe’s air navigation standards body, supporting its Reduced Vertical Separation Minimum (RVSM) program. Mr. Quilter’s experience reflects a strong background in surveillance systems, including software development for radar systems with Racal in the UK. He is a frequent industry speaker and regular contributor to various surveillance bodies in Europe.
